Boulevardier Cocktail

Add 1 oz Stone & Timber 3 Year Bourbon,
1 oz Campari, and
1 oz sweet vermouth to ice-filled cocktail shaker;
shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into ice-filled rocks glass;
garnish with orange peel twist.

*To make simple syrup from scratch: Add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to small saucepan on LOW. Cook, stirring, until sugar is dissolved; chill. Set aside syrup for use in cocktail. Refrigerate remaining syrup for other drinks.

Our very own small-batch unaged whiskey, sweetened with Upstate New York raw honey and infused with natural jalapeño and habanero flavors.

and 1 oz lime juice to shaker.
Short shake all ingredients.
