Handcrafted in the USA from 100% American corn. The flavor is mild and clean, with subtle aromas and a smooth, warming finish with hints of cream.

Copper Sake

Make simple syrup:
Add 8 oz water and 8 oz granulated sugar to a small saucepan on low.
Cook, stirring until sugar is dissolved; chill.
Set aside 1 Tbsp of syrup.
Refrigerate remaining syrup for other drinks.
Muddle 2 fresh ginger slices in a cocktail shaker;
add 1.5 oz Copper Plate Vodka,
2.25 oz Sake,
1 Tbsp simple syrup, and ice.
Shake vigorously until chilled; double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger.

Stone & Timber 6 Year Single Barrel Bourbon

From the hills of Tennessee comes this bourbon, cut to 94 proof with limestone-filtered water and aged for six years before bottling. Each bottle has the distinction of coming from just one of 16 single barrels.

Appalachian Godfather

Add 2 oz Stone & Timber 6 Year Single Barrel Bourbon,
0.25 oz Disaronno Amaretto,
and 3 dashes (about 1/4 tsp) of Angostura Bitters to an ice-filled cocktail shaker;
stir until chilled.
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with an orange peel.

Guinevere Gin

This remarkably smooth, London-style dry gin features a blend of juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, and licorice with a light, refreshing finish.

Cherry Blossom 75

Make simple syrup:
Add 1 cup water and 1 cup granulated sugar to a small saucepan on low.
Cook, stirring until sugar is dissolved; chill.

Add 1.5 oz Guinevere Gin,
1 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur,
and 0.5 oz simple syrup to a Champagne flute.
Top with 3 oz Bon Vivant Sparkling Wine.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Provado Azul Blanco Tequila

Subtle sweetness with notes of vanilla and lime. Handcrafted in Jalisco, Mexico with 100% Blue Weber Agave for real tequila drinkers.

Next Door Margaritas

Fill pitcher 1/3 full with ice;
add 8 oz agave syrup,
16 oz Provado Azul Blanco Tequila,
8 oz triple sec, and 8 oz lime juice.
Stir briskly to combine.
Fill a small saucer with coarse Kosher salt.
Dampen glass rim with a lime wedge and gently roll the outer edge of glass in salt.
Pour drinks into ice-filled glasses and garnish with lime wedges.

Heaven’s Door Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Distilled and aged for a minimum of six years in Tennessee. Non-chill filtered with notes of honey, light maple, pumpernickel, white peppercorn, and baking spices.

Maple Old Fashioned

Add 2 oz Heaven’s Door Bourbon,
1 oz maple syrup,
and 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters to a cocktail shaker with large ice cube.
Shake for 10 seconds.
Pour into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Espresso Martini

Add 1.5 oz Kozmo Vodka,
0.75 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur,
and 1.5 oz brewed espresso coffee to an ice-filled cocktail shaker;
shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with 2 coffee beans.
