Breckenridge Bourbon Ball
Pour 2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon Private Blend,
1 oz white créme de cacao liqueur,
and .25 oz hazelnut liqueur into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir well for 15 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass (we recommend a coupe glass).
Optional: Garnish with chocolate shavings.
An out-of-this-world vodka inspired by the Eastern European heritage of one of the world’s most popular spirits. Soft on the palate with a touch of grain sweetness, Kozmo has a pleasant finish with lingering gentle black spice.
Combine 1.5 oz Kozmo Vodka,
.5 oz triple sec,
.5 oz dry vermouth,
and 1.5 oz cranberry juice in a shaker with ice.
Pour into a martini glass and garnish with cranberries.
Ballotin Chocolate Mint Whiskey
Ballotin Chocolate Mint Whiskey plays on the classic pairing of chocolate and mint with a welcome, spirited twist. Cool mint, dark chocolate, and elegant, spicy whiskey notes.
Shake 1.5 oz Ballotin Chocolate Mint Whiskey,
2 oz oat milk,
and .25 oz créme de menthe with ice until chilled and pour into a coupe or rocks glass.
Torabhaig Allt Gleann Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distilled at Torabhaig on the Isle of Skye. A robustly peated, non-chill filtered, single malt scotch with a deceptively refined character that results in a complex and characterful maritime whisky.
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes,
2 oz Torabhaig,
and .5 oz pomegranate liqueur.
Stir gently and top with 2 oz club soda and 2 oz tonic water.
Copper Plate Vodka
Handcrafted in the USA from 100% American corn. The flavor is mild and clean, with subtle aromas and a smooth, warming finish with hints of cream.
Swirl 1 tsp of chocolate syrup in a martini glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice,
and add 1 oz Copper Plate Vodka,
3 oz eggnog,
1 oz coffee liqueur,
and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and shake until chilled.
Pour over prepped martini glass and top with 1 Tbsp of whipped cream.
Blended whiskey finished in rum, port, and cabernet barrels. A rich palate of cocoa, molasses, burnt marshmallow, cola, nutmeg, and peppercorn with a sweet and elegant finish.
Dovetail Old Fashioned
Muddle 1 demerara sugar cube
with 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters in a double rocks glass,
then add ice and
2 oz Barrell Dovetail Whiskey.
Garnish with an orange twist and brandied cherries.
