Moisten martini glass rim with apple slice.
Add 2.5 oz cranberry-apple juice,
1.5 oz Copper Plate Vodka,
and .5 oz ginger liqueur to ice-filled cocktail shaker;
shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into martini glass; garnish with apple slice and cranberries.

Distilled at Torabhaig on the Isle of Skye. A robustly peated, non-chill filtered, single malt scotch with a deceptively refined character that results in a complex and characterful maritime whisky.
Pour 1.5 oz Torabhaig Scotch,
.25 oz Sweet Vermouth,
.25 oz Dry Vermouth, and
2 dashes of bitters into a cocktail shaker.
Stir with a cocktail spoon, then strain into a chilled coupe glass,
and garnish with Maraschino cherry.

French 75 Cocktail
Pour 2 oz Guinevere Gin,
1 tsp simple syrup, and
.5 oz lemon juice into cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a champagne flute or Collins glass.

Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a martini or coupe glass.
Stone & Timber 3 Year Bourbon
This straight bourbon whiskey from Tennessee features vanilla and maple syrup notes with touches of rye and nutmeg.
Add 2 oz Stone & Timber 3 Year Straight Bourbon,
.25 oz Disaronno Amaretto,
and 3 dashes (about 1/4 tsp) of Angostura Bitters to an ice-filled cocktail shaker;
stir until chilled.
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
and garnish with an orange peel.
