McShea’s Irish Whiskey

Distilled in a combination of copper pots and column stills. Ultra smooth and honey-forward with notes of vanilla, light caramel, and faint notes of herbal green tea. Imported from Ireland.

McShea Mule

Fill a copper mug (or glass) with ice.
Pour in 2 oz McShea’s Irish Whiskey and
1 oz cold-pressed lime juice,
and top with 6 oz ginger beer.
Stir to mix and garnish with lime slices and mint sprig.

Combine 2 oz Barr Hill Gin,
.75 oz fresh lemon juice,
.75 oz raw honey syrup (mix 2 parts honey to 1 part hot water, stir, and let cool) in a cocktail shaker,
add ice, shake, and
then double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

Add a cup of ice and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain and pour into a chilled coupe glass.
